Return and Exchange Policy

Be aware that these are hand made items. Irregular shapes are often part of the design. Even within limited editions, each piece will be different. 

Please feel free to ask questions before purchasing. I am easy to contact via email and am willing to send additional photographs. Ultimately I want you to be happy with your piece. If you have a problem, contact me immediately.


Pre-made store items - refunds are not accepted. I am happy to work with you on store credit for purchases made within 14 days.

Custom order sales are final. Before committing to a custom order, I am willing to spend all the time needed to make sure you are happy with the design. Please be aware custom orders are more time consuming that stock items, and consequently will have a higher price. Custom orders require 50% down upon order and the remainder upon receipt of photograph of the final piece, before shipping.

Damage & Repair Policy

Broken or damaged items need to be shipped back to me for inspection. If an item has broken due to a construction defect, I will, at my discretion, repair, replace or refund that item at no fee. If an item needs to be repaired due to an accident or neglect, we can discuss repair options and cost.
